The ladies working there don't know anything about their products. One was just eating and on her phone making comments instead of helping. Luckily one of the guys assisted. Hardly any choice, expensive, useless staff. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service!! They got the measurements of the boards wrong,,we had to send them back and they still got them wrong again. That guy Kitesh was the one helping us. Please sort him out because you going to lose customers. Not recommending this store to anyone

Bad service from the start. No one there seems to know what they doing. Was told my order would be ready on Tuesday, came to collect, nothing was ready. Was told they would call me when order was ready. Never received a call, I called on Saturday and was told order was ready. Drove down, no order was to be found.

Took a little long before we were asked if we needed some help, but when it did arrive the 2 gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable. The downside is that the wrapped doors that were advertised had no name tags on in order for you to enquire regarding the colour that you were interested in by name.

Terrible place to shop. Staff not interested in customers, poor knowledge of products. They don't even print you a proper statement of items ordered. Items advertised on special not in stock. Customers told to go to Pinetown for items advertised in the catalogue.

I have been to Timbercity many times ..they are my no1.supplier as I am a carpenter .I only buy from them .I receive friendly and excellent service .
