They included a free one because the packaging on the one they sent was broken, so they were kind enough to use initiative and just include a perfect one for free without me calling first, and delivery was super fast. Best fishing shop I am there at least once a month and the service is great I have been shopping there from I was 4 years old and they always hook me up with the right stuff. If it is bass,carp or saltwater the. They always have what I need if it is for a fun day fishing or for competition fishing. I would say they are the best fishing shop in south africa. Was recently looking for a rod and reel and being new to the the sport of fishing more than anything I needed advice. Timols Fishing Tackle was the only place out of 4 places contacted that actually took the time to give me advice and did not feel pushy to have to buy their products. For that alone I give them the 5-star rating. Besides that, their products are well priced and the products were sent quickly. I think I put in the order on the Thursday evening and received my order on Monday morning and I am based in Cape Town. With that kind of friendliness and service I will definitely buy from them again!
Very nice setup, friendly staff and extremely helpful. Very expensive though on fishing gear with the Rand in the doldrums.
Good prices. Great range. Good knowledge of products. Very friendly staff. Owner talks too much. But if you got headache will offer u a disprin. But overall lovely people. Oh yes and not stingy at all.
