The shop owner / assistant was really of great service. Gave me a welcoming experience showed options from what I wanted from the shop. They also seem to have a variety of musical equipment to choose from, and I'm definitely buying from them next time I'm in Johannesburg

This place has gone down a lot. They're busy renovating, so hopefully it improves but currently the shop is a mess and the service is not good. They also seem to have lost some distribution licenses because there isn't the huge selection of brands they used to have.

I went in to get a new set of strings for my Taylor. Brad assisted me. He was professional, helpful and took his time attending to my questions. Visit these guys and support them, you won't regret it. It was a bit annoying though being followed around by the guy with the credit card machine, and then giving the receipt to another person, not the salesman, to hand it to me. I wasn't going to leave the store without paying...

I have passed by a couple of times. They have numerous musical instruments, of top standards. Musical equipment they have too. They have friendly shop assistance who know their work and what you are looking for. They were really helpful.

I bought a Ibanez AFC 125 from Bradley .....probably the best service I have ever got from a music shop . I bought it over the phone and all was 100 % . Thanks Brad . Please visit this guy he Will be of great great help .

It's a big store, you will find what ever you need, if they don't have it now they will get it. I phoned about a specific guitar Ibanez - TOMS is official importer and when I got there everything was ready for me to play. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful without being too much.
