Amazing service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. Serviced and set up several guitars there and have been very happy. Great selection of instruments from Guitars to drums and production equipment. Prices are reasonable and after sales service is also amazing.
I've been going to TOMS since the early 1990's and bought my first guitar from them, which I still own, the service is always fantastic and the amount of guitars and gear to choose from is staggering. If they don't have it, they'll get it. Great stores, they always have great deals from both the Braamfontein and the Rivonia stores
It's not often I take a card because the salesman impressed me that much. I've been in that shop 3 times and each time was great. Thanks for the help today

My new favorite music store!! : They have a fantastic selection at amazing prices and can find solutions for any budget. Best of all is the staff who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful while remaining approachable and humble. On my visit, 2 staff members went out of there way to assist me and I left there knowing i would be a repeat customer. The only negative is the parking situation but it's a small compromise for such a great shopping experience.
Very friendly staff that helped out getting the equipment I needed. They have some really good specials online as well. The store has a ton of equipment to choose from. Toms is well priced generally. The store was recommended by someone and I will recommend the store as well. If you are looking for anything musical then head to the store and take a look. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent service! Purchased a new guitar from TOMS Rivonia this past weekend and truly had one of the best experiences possible. From being assisted via an online request, Ridge Hutchinson was relentless in continued support and service in getting me exactly what I wanted. From phonecalls to emails, to WhatsApp videos of alternate options - Ridge took customer service to the highest level. In store staff are friendly and welcoming and although I felt much like a kid in a candy store and not knowing where to look next, Ridge once again guided me through. A massive thanks to TOMS Rivonia and Ridge. A wonderful experience to be repeated in future. No doubt, a special store with amazing staff. Well done and thanks again guys!
Lovely music shop, well organized, excellent range of product and very friendly and efficient service from the person dealing with cello enquiries
Very sad with the customer service and overall experience. Bought an expensive guitar pedal that ended up having a factory fault. Gave it in for repairs, received NO feedback for 10 weeks, then when I went to the shop, I was treated with indifference, being told they fixed the pedal, but after inquiry as to what was the fault, was told "Oh no they could not find the fault". Did not even receive an apology from any of the staff or manager for them not following up with me. I will not support them again, as this is not the first bad experience I have received, and will recommend to fellow musicians to stay away and rather go to Marshall Music or Music Connection.
