The most unprofessional visit I have ever experienced. I drove from Sunninghill to Tongaat with 2 of my consultants to meet with a lady I shall not name bash regarding business. We arrive and the ladies at reception could not give us the time of day, they were rude and made our initial interaction with Tongaat a very unpleasant one. None the less they call the lady we were set to meet and over the phone we can hear the conversation and this is were we where taken back. She didnt know who we are even though over email she agreed to our meeting and then said we must wait an hour as another meeting has come up. WE MUST WAIT AN HOUR NOW? She didnt have the decency to come out and expalin the situation as to why she could not meet us. On the way to Tongaat my vechile sustained a foot injury and my back right tyre was flat by the time we got to their offices, so I thought to buy some time I will go change the tyre and hopefully when Im done we could have our meeting seeing as though we couldnt go anywhere now. Nope not the case. Eventually the kadies at reception left their post and disappeared into the building. It was now almost 45 minutes and my car was operational again so we decided to leave Tongaats offices. We tried to ask the ladies at reception to call the lady to let her know we are leaving and they immediately butted in to tell us she is in a meeting and they cant call her. So we left, never to do work with Tongaat again. Very bitter experience considering your business is supposed to be built on a 'sweet' nature. Keep up the good work.
