They fraudulently show "in stock" when ordering online, and then when you place the order, you get informed that they have ordered the item from their supplies and they will let you know when they receive it. On top of that, they DIT NOT let me know when they claimed to received it, and they claim that they have sent it out by courier, but it did not arrive, and I got no waybill.
USELESS!! System states stock available and the the stock is not available. I contacted the Store and Spoke to Gurtie, she informed me that she will place the order and I will definitely be able to collect the stock the next day and that they will inform me when the stock arrives. I had to contact them to find out if the unit has arrived, only to be informed that their supplier does not have stock. They cannot deliver on what they say!
I see I’m not the only one … online says stock , go in store and there is no stock . Promises to call you when the stock arrives , it’s been over a week and not even a email . Shocking service from Dorian or whatever his name is . . I won’t call or support this company
I won't recommend this store. I ordered 3M tape 15 December. Until today I haven't received it, I'm always having to follow up
Useless waited over 30 minutes and was still not able to help What an absolute waste of my time I've been waiting for over 40 minutes just for them to call someone and no one shows up if your looking for a efficient place this is not the one
They show available stock online and I drive all the way only to be told they don't keep stock of the item and to top it all off,I was not the first person to ask for this item in the week,3m vbh tape
Very laid back, service delivery could be way better!
Pricing of items is good, but they hardly ever have what you need in stock, thus they need to order. Also service levels is not upto scratch.
