Excellent pre- and post-sales service. Even after three years they are still responding to maintenance requests and general queries. The owner Charlton Moorrees is especially hands on and responsive. This truly is the kind of company you want to be dealing with. More recently, despite an expired warrantee/guarantee, Topfence and its senior management Charlton Moorrees have continued their commitment to service and maintenance excellence. Thank you Topfence!

The worse Fencing company in the world. I've been struggling to get them to do simple manufacturing job since 24 November 2021. They either don't respond to your emails and if you call them, they say they will help but again omit to get back to you. I, unfortunately, don't know who else to contact to get this job done otherwise I would have blocked them forever on our database. You rarely see unprofessionalism such as this and I have been more than patient. They can even just say sorry, we can't help you and that would be better than being left begging them for assistance. If you ever come across Top Fence, don't use them as they have no customer service qualities.

I had a great experience with Topfence. They installed a 16m brown powder-coated palisade fence with gate and motor. Great quality product and it looks fantastic at a competitive price. Werner and his team were professional, friendly and their workmanship was of the highest quality. I highly recommend them.

We had a galvanized palisade fence and gate installed in October 2018. February 2019 4 months later submitted complaint and photos showing excessive rust. After numerous complaints Ricardo said it was his supplier Topfence and not his fault and did not take any responsibility. We only dealt with Ricardo and not a 3rd party - this is his business that we dealt withAfter sending mails/SMS to him again still no decency or even a response and still no resolution. Shocking product, workmanship and lack of service. Unacceptable that Ricardo, the owner, does not even care to sort this out. Can the owner from Topfence please contact us as we had no response on our previous submittance.

Fence itself is OK, but they do not stick to their contractual agreement to remove their advertisement boards after three months. It is 6 months and many promises later and they still have not removed it.

Very professional service from Charlton and the Topfence team! I highly recommend this company.
