For as long as that petrol station has been revamped they never answer the phone. Always disconnected! Guess I will stop supporting this petrol station and support the BP on Smit Street!

I have always had a very great experience at this filling station. The convenience store on site is one of the best stocked shops in the area and offers a very decent array of food, refreshments and other items you'd expect to find at a fuel station. In heavy traffic, it can be a bit tricky to navigate into the station, but beyond that I have never had any complaints, whatsoever!

Lovely workers ,so commited in doing their jobs.The place is secured, reliable and trusted.There is a insider Supermarket that provides adequate products for our daily needs

Rubbish service and an even more rubbish manager who refused to help a customer in distress. Never have I been to a petrol station that blatantly refused to assist a paying customer to change a tire. Rubbish excuses as to why they do not as well. ZERO client centricity. Worst experience at a petrol station ever.

Great service, convenient location. But why won't management allow me to add a tip for the petrol attendant onto my credit card payment? Inconvenient for me, unfair for the staff. Please fix this.

One petrol attended services the whole garage station, so I have to wait for 20 minutes to be attended, this is very poor service, and it's 9h25am on Monday on the 18th

How possible is it that one of your attendants can pour diesel into a car and there is no movement on fuel gauge ? I say this b3csue I drive a car that shows this. Now either my car is broken or the attendant is messing with me. I spoke to a lady that's supposed to be the manager and of the reasons advanced to me is that my pump could be faulty. I bought a combo, just this morning 24/04/19 to enter the current running competition, the cashier, obviously a trainee was not told about. I had to leave my till slip and a lady wrote my number on the back and said I would get a notification, I know I wont, that's what they said last time. I get to the office, sit down to have my pie cheese griller when I couldn't bite into it I opened it. It is almost completely green on the one side. I have been calling the garage, no answer. I am on my way back to return this thing they sold me. uPDATE: I took the cheese griller back and they apologized saying that theystaff told them management that cheese grillers get very dry if they are continuously heated. they gave me another pie and actually sent me a code for the competition. :

How does a whole fuel station not take an American Express card. Now I'm stuck here and I have an interview which I'm gonna late for.
