Total Cashan

I am such a fan of Total Energies, however, the Total in Cashan is just not worth the stop. I would first stop at a Total before a I choose any other station especially for their carwash, this is not the case going forward. The cheap materials supplied for a car wash that is charged at R80.00 is not worthit. My car was not cleaned and washed properly and I found that my car was ill-treated. What am I paying for ? For my car to be rinsed not properly washed and scrubbed with sunlight and water ? I am not happy with your carwash for the price paid.

Only 2 attendants on a busy Thursday afternoon.. would not recommend stopping there.. the service is so slow

Piss poor service at the car wash. Not the first time either. Bad manners. Poor communication and not even close to value for money. I would rather go to a local settlement. Better service and better at more than cashan total car wash. Wish the owner could be more involved. Nothig hapening here

We washed our car here. They broke one of the levers that put the backseat forward. They put all the safety belts at the back, under the seats, so my husband had to put everything back, before we could secure the baby seat. We complained with JF manager. He said we should get a quote to have it fixed and they will pay for it. It is very dissapointing that the staff does not care about the quality of their work, the reputation of Total or the money spent due to their neglagence! But thanx to great management, they have another sort off happy client. Thank you JF for redeeming Total's reputation the best you can. But we will not use the car wash again.

Went into the shop and tried speaking with cashier that was too busy chatting with other cashiers to help. Asked if the item I had was right and replied yes. Only for me to check my slip and find i was over charged. I was very unhappy and asked my money to be returned. Worst service ever, wont be seeing me again.

One of the most expensive diesel sold here in Rustenburg. More expensive than other TotalEnergies

Very poor service was there 04:30 no one to attend the pumps ,when I went and asked can anyone help me their was 2 ladies behind the counter and they ignored me.

Excellent service under new management! Worth it and cheaper than most other car wash places

Always fill up here its clean and somewhat safe the store hasn't the biggest food selection but you'll find a drink for sure

Only one petrol attendant. Then he started helping other clients who arrived after me.
