The upgrade is great. Very clean, service is quick and great. At petrol station as well as in shop. Great Pies. Car wash is great. Thanks keep up the good work.

The employees are extremely rude, steal change, and when confronted about it, lie and make it seem as if you are in the wrong, when they have just stolen from you. The employees need to be renewed, these will lead to loss of customers, they are so terrible. And it's not the first time I've had a horrible experience, this happens almost every time. Very disappointed. Certainly wouldn't recommend. It's not worth it.

Car wash is very slow. Nelspruit is a very hot place to be waiting in a car for more than 30 minutes. Couldn't get an auto washing powder only hand wash, yet there is a laundry room across the street.

Employees in store are very rude towards customers,they lack basic customer care skills, I'd rather pay extra somewhere else, what a bunch of unprofessionals
