Worst KFC ever. Our meal was quickly made but then left on the warmer for ten minutes before they decided to give it to us. Took the food home and had to reheat it. Tasted nothing like KFC normally does. Will not be back, but will follow up with their PR department.

Very unsafe venue to drive in to. For years customers of this petrol station are allowed to drive out and down an onramp into incoming traffic whereby these customers force you out the way. Total across the highway has the same issue which I have complained about, and nothing has been done. Very unsafe, wouldn't recommend.

Went in for an evening snack, the restaurant area is absolutely filthy. Not swept. Staff looked like they needed a long holiday. Steers, please up your game.

I have visited the garage today and asked to purchase R50 Cell C airtime. I was advised by Shameen the cashier that she can give me R20 and R30 voucher which I agreed to . Only to come home all the way to Phoenix and try to recharge only to figure out that I was given airtime of the wrong network. I am trying to contact the garage with the contact details on Google however there is no answer for the last 30minutes. What do I do with the airtime voucher that I cannot use? What if I needed to call someone in a case of emergency .

Wdll when I visited the place it was crowded and people park and drive however but eventually we got served, the service was average, I believe more rules and guidelines could be implemented for an optimum experience.

Always a pleasant stop on a normally monotonous journey... Has Mugg and Bean, Steers, KFC and super clean restrooms, FIVE STARS!!!

By far thee worst experience I've had at a Total garage in my life. Management is as unhelpful as the staff. No one seems to want to take accountability for anything. Very disappointing.

Restrooms are filthy and stink of urine. Poorly managed and unsupervised. Was a beautiful rest stop not too long back.

Security at night is pathetic especially the manager on duty . I went in to get something to eat when I received a phone call from my wife who was in the car at the time , to tell me in a panic that there's a guy assaulting his wife and he slammed his car door onto my car . I ran out the store only to find this intoxicated guy standing as if nothing has happened and the security manager/garage manager standing there not saying a word , when I enquired this intoxicated guy says he will stab me so I ask the manager were are the security gaurds n he says there are only 2 guards on duty , those guards spend more time wandering around in the store and don't assist when a problem arises . Thankfully for the RTI cop that assisted . Imagine if this was a robbery . So disappointed as this is such a big garage which is always busy . As for the manager when I enquired if there's anyone monitoring the CCTV he says no so what's the purpose of the security measures that are installed when they are not being monitored or assisting people in need . As for this guys wife she denies everything when the cop enquires and they have no respect towards another persons property . thankfully only a little dent was caused and not anything major .

Left my petrol cap wide open
