Town Lodge Polokwane

No blankets in winter and no baby chairs for breakfast.. spoke to the manager Nkosanathi who's completely incompetent. Says it's fine if I don't come back.Rooms: 1/5

The staff is friendly and patient, location very easy to find..the rooms are ok just the towels are bit old. The breakfast was great. Thank you for your hospitalityRooms: 4/5

They incorrectly charges soft drinks. When you checkout they tell you that their system is slow. Then have to call to follow up on the invoice. This has happened second time now. Each day they charge soft drinks differently.Rooms: 1/5

Staff were very friendly. Supper was decent, portions were large. Breakfast was very good, actually the best that I have had at any of the other clhg lodges.

I had to stay over for a night for business. I managed to forget my toothbrush. It was something so trivial but they had me covered. The breakfast was great and the at.osphere and customer service amazing.Rooms: 4/5

Wanted to treat my kids for a hotel experience, couldnt have chosen better We stayed in a family room had everything we needed, maintenance and cleanliness is top class Rooms: Family rooms are ideal Food & drinks: Breakfast and cappucino is superb

It is a great hotel. Based just on the outside of Polokwane cbd. It is very quite. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was welcoming. Safety: There is security at the gate but I think the Pub inside the Casino compromise safety
