The staff at this store go beyond the call of duty to help people. Shout out to Chris who helped me and my family and made our shopping experience great. After assembling our gift he even accompanied us to the car and showed us a shorter & convenient route and saved us 15 to 20 minutes of walking across the mall with 2 kids. Keep up the great customer centric mindset and positive attitude . I would definitely recommend this Toys R Us Store to everyone.

Staff very helpful and patient. Was out of stock of the Animatronics Grogu and reserved one from another store which I got within the hour.

I bought a pram , and it was missing some clips which I may have thrown away. I emailed Godfrey at Fourways toysrus. They called the supplier and got us the clips . It was such great service . The supplier was so nice as well. Spicey from sales at joie was so helpful.

It just feels a bit cluttered with minimal space between the isles. Seems like they are maximising floor stock volumes by sacrificing space for customers to actually move in. Very claustrophobic. Decent range of toys for all ages, but their prices are over the top. Everything is available at the online retailers for lower costs. Their gaming section also seems to serve no purpose with staff always absent and prices way above everyone else. And the worst thing about the store.... the extremely low quality of staff. Not knowledgeable, not friendly, and not worth the effort.

Typical of a Toys "R" Us the store felt disorganised and messy in layout. The staff was unsure how to help me find a mainstream product and one just vaguely points in a direction when asked for assist and walked away. The prices are reasonable thought and selection, of you can find it in the clutter, not too bad.

One of the better ones we've visited. Good variety of toys and goodies for kids.

I just want to thank Asize for her assistance today, I called from Cape Town seeking a toy that is sold out online and here in CPT ,but she managed to find the last one on the shelf and kept it for my daughters grandmother to collect.5 Star service and you saved Christmas for us :

Great range of items on both Toysrus and Babysrus side. Love the specials that are run from time to time. The staff here are so friendly and really go out of their way to help, from security to in store staff to tellers - really a great experience. During this Covid period, the staff are taking great precautions and are really helping customers as well. Store is nicely located with other kids related stores close by like Chelino and Toy Kingdom

The store itself is stocked with a variety of baby supplies and brands. However, the staff lack knowledge of said supplies and brands and so it feels as though they are simply there to fill the position of having an adult in the store. Baby City has more variety though. Training should be provided by the store head office and/or the sales reps of the different products on offer. As a parent I will look up info about a product or brand myself but it does help to have an extra opinion or referral to another product by someone else in that scope of work. The store also hasn't priced their baby books in about 8 months. It isn't a very busy shop so I'm not entirely sure why there are some products with no pricing marked on them for such a long period of time. I know this time frame because I addressed it the last time I was there 8 months ago and have since visited the store 3 times in a recent 2 week period and it is still the same.

I think I am too old to be here, but this place is just the best. They have all the dinosaurs I could ever want
