No use to buy there and having friendly staff but the service is very very bad. Used to buy there but will not buy there ever again and won't recommend this store to anyone. I bought for over R3000 and they not willing to exchange any items. I waisted money and they gained. Poor pathetic service and poor qualities in store. I wanted to exchange a boxing bag and a crossbow. The boxing bag torned after a few punches and the crossbow 's screws fel out after using it a day, we've tighten it and the following day it happened again and the swrew got lost how on earth do you find a lost small screw on grass and why is the screws getting loose in the first place So we decided to put this aside to exchange once we back from holiday but only to hear that they must send it in and will let us know. Come back was that the bag torned because it was hold on the handles when punching which was not true. And the crossbow was missused how do you miss use a crossbow when you just using it how you supposed to. This was a simple exchange for factory faults but the blame was on the customer and wasn't exchanged.

Was very nervous buying from this store due to how far away it was but was presently surprised by the service and fantastic quality of the merchandise as well as the price. Received not only my purchase but also a little extra thank surprise. Will definitely be ordering again.
