Thoroughly impressed with the work done on a variety of items handed in. Shoes, shorts, long pants, belts and their pricing was even better than expected. Will definitely be taking any and all items there in the future!

The worst shoe repairs ever. If possible I would give a ZERO. Took my one shoe in for simply gluing down a loose sole contemplated doing it myself, but thought best have it done professionally. Went to collect and found the sole was first broken in half then glued down , AND the upper was messed up. So now the good shoe is the one they didn't touch. It will cost be so much more to fix their mess.

I took two brand new pairs of long boots to TR Shoe repairs on 14 December 2021 to be altered, as well as an old pair of ankle boots with a broken heel, and a pair of slip-ons that needed new soles. I was told it would take some time to get elastic to match the leather colour of the tan long boots. I informed them that I was willing to wait and I proceeded to do so for the next SIX months and, every time I checked to see what the progress was, I was told they were still struggling to find the right elastic. They NEVER called me to inform me what was happening and I ALWAYS had to be the one to follow up. I went today to find out agai. What the progress was and was informed that they had been put away by now because of how long it had been, despite my monthly enquiries. Quite frankly these guys are absolute THIEVES and I am highly aggravated to say the least!!!!!!!!!

Good service ; you in and out . the cost is surprisingly good. Some places will charge you toomuch that it becomes not worth it to fix a shoe.

Was in the shop for about 10 min the lady had her head phones in and wouldn't bother greeting me. Finally i said hello could you help me she took one head phone out and gave this stupid look then i asked if i could have a key cut she replied we dont do that here put her head phones back in and went to the back

Dropped off shoes for repairs and was told it would be ready the following Friday, more than 3 weeks later and nothing has been done. Horrible service all round.

Absolutely shocking workmanship. Do yourself a favour and do it properly and take it to a proper establishment.
