Despite advising it would take a few days to sort out the issue they immediately exchanged my battery which I bought new a month before. A welcome surprise.

Best place to shop .... be prepared. They have anything and everything bike related....gorgeous helmets and boots . And amazing staff, Kevin .brilliant and super helpful. And if they don't have it. Kevin orders it... talk about service.
