Unless you have an extra cae i wouldn't recommend them. Thet will take 2 months just to correct the tiniest thing. Something that you can do is take you're car elsewhere for the problem to be fixed within a few daysServices: Painting
I requested for my replaced parts, unfortunately I was only given the less valuable ones, and told the valuable part is being disposed. Reported the matter as theft suspicion but no resolution.
The most awful customer experience. Please do not waste your time. Ladies at reception are rude, mechanics are nowhere to be found. Can you believe it took them over 2 weeks just to tow my car from Polokwane. I called them over 5 times, got hung up on and they basically refused to assist. I’m at the point of asking my insurance to change panelbeaters. Totally unprofessional towards customers. At this point I can’t even trust them to fix my car. The only Mercedes Benz accredited panel beater. The owner is hands on and highly professional and patient. This is key because decision can be made on the spot. They are keeping up with technology

I spoke to the lady at reception and she is very rude.she answered a phone in Afrikaans so I don't know if the company is for Afrikaans speaking people. She can't listen to your concerns and keeps interrupting as you talk.i don't think I will ever,I mean ever use their service anymore. The receptionist is pathetic, rude and racist.
