It was an Uncomfortable place for me and my fiance, a pitpbull was just left roaming around us loosely, stepping on top of our table and all over us. we requested that it be taken and locked but we were ignored. We just wanted to get out of there. So we didn't enjoy the place at all

Service has definitely dropped quite a bit. The roof of my car was not wiped down, my side mirrors had water marks and sand left on my mats and in my boot reason for me visiting Old staff was much better at attention to detail. Seems like they just rush to get done now.
One thing I love most about this place is their friendly staff and they really know what they are doing. I also like the fact that this place has a clean toilet and they do allow people to bring their cold or beverages to drink while waiting for their cars to be washed. I would definitely recommend this safe and clean car wash if you're in Melville
Good day, Transformer has been the only place I have taken my car since my very purchase and there's been a few, always been happy with their service and my tip will always exceed 50% due to the good prices they have to offer, worth driving the extra 10km. My last experience absolutely terrifying for me and my fiance, as they were completing my car with all doors standing open and In the vacuum process, someone we believe one of the owners friends stared pushing and hitting one of the employees working on my car, he bumped him against my car multiple times and caused a few scratch marks on my GTI which I was not happy about. Overall, I do love the place, and I will still go there but please can Transformers treat the employees fairly and take steps formally and professionally and not in a violent matter. Been coming here to wash my car since my varsity days, the staff is always pleasant. The owner is such a humble person who always greets with a welcoming smile plus I love the dogs, so well mannered

They do a good job here, comprehensively clean your car, inside and out for R80 : The bottle store is located outside and sometimes it does feel unsafe due to skabenga's roaming around...
