New Pier, loading is at times loading, can be challenging but, if you are working with people who understand one and another it becomes a smile and laugh on that day.

Not very glamorous there are no signs saying no fishing, but you aren't allowed to, its at the discretion of the guards at the boom gate to let you in or not. If they suspect you arnt working there they wont let you in.

Long queues all the time

Most of the Transet Staff at pier 1 treat the transporters/Truck drivers horribly and with absolute disrespect. There is no system of informing drivers of any delays when on site. Crane operators take their own time about everything. A good 30 minutes before shift change everything comes to a halt. This place is frustrating. I can't believe it has a 3.8 star rating

Dreadfully place....long waiting hrs to enter port....even when inside rtg operates are most of the time on der pH instead of loading trucks with containers....

Its an robust environment not suitable for an outing as acess into the premises is limited but its the heart of Sa.Economy.so all in all a good experience

It's my work place I like all what is in there
