Very bad experience. I am at the station now. The person who was helping us just left us without saying a word. And it took more than 30 minutes for another official to come to our rescue

You can actually park your car for free just opposite this place with no time limitations

Hie .can l ask you something. About the traffic register. I have a traffic register bt now my traffic register was stolen together with my car if l go department of Transport we gonna get another one or tell.

I went to the department to apply for a Traffic Register Number. While it is confusing that this office only seems to open on a Monday, the service I received when I was eventually seen was amazing. I applied at 10:30 and collected the TRN at 12:00. Very clean office space and the guards at the reception were very helpful.

Since there is covid this department service is mega poorly ...from seniors and other service providers they are not doing their service on daily basis in short they dodge their work by putting covid as their reasoning capacity.....this people must stop telling us useless facts and come to work every day like doctors ,nurses ,teachers ,taxi drivers and etc

short staff posts not full but good service

I work there. So i have never seen a que or people not getting help. You will only struggle with the parking .

Been there 4 days in a row and didn't get the service needed, systems were apparently offline

Staff rotate, opposite Jack notes. Department consist of officers in office and on the road like traffic officers. Huge parking space and more staff.
