The owner Marius is the biggest crook..i wuld strongly advise to avoid this travel agency like the plague..We were unhappy with tickets we recieved from this place..paid cash..an within a day..The airlines refunded our money..an sent it on to this travel agency...for 15 days this man sat with our money an refused to give to us..for no other reason than keeping it in his bank for his own use..today wen we requested the refund..a substantial amount of money i mite add .he politely informed us that his business is closed for holidays..tough luck..an then threatened us with litigation..cause he got called a crook..which he most definitely is .keeping an taking money from clients..that dont belong to him. despicable dishonest man..Marius..i hope he enjoys our hard earned money..we saved for years ..to take our family on a religious pilgrimage..an our orphaned grandkids..which was to be the trip of lifetime for them..beware of karma Marius...wat goes around comes around. U are nothing but a cheap fly by nite thief...who refuse to return our money that ritefully belongs to us..190 thousand rand..we have no words for the likes of u..im sure ul have a xmas holiday of note with ur family..using stolen money..from people who strived an worked for years to give their orphaned grandkids this trip..shame on u....MARIUS VENTER....!!!!!
