Phoned on 17/12/2020 to request a price list and list of treatments. Was abruptly told they are full for December. Phoned back to ask for a price and treatment list, as I wanted to make a booking during January 2021. My name and number was taken and to date still no WhatsApp or email. I don't know why people aren't seen as prospective future business, especially after a year of Covid-19 and loss of income to businesses during the Lockdown period.
