Third-party claims simplified!
We have recently introduced a first of its kind, online based software program with the aim of simplifying third-party claims, enhancing productivity and making the claim process (from a claimants perspective) more user friendly. We proudly introduce, Konekt!
• An online questionnaire which contains full and up to date biographical, educational, social, employment and accident related information. This information is captured by a consultant from Treu Solutions.
• Consultation with plaintiffs to take place at a location and time which suits the plaintiff’s needs.
• The questionnaire contains relevant details and contact details of all parties involved in the claim.
• Email notifications ensure that all parties involved in a specific claim stay informed of the progress.
• All relevant documentation pertaining to a claim, including the lodgement pack, hospital records, educational- and work related documentation, as well as expert reports (where applicable) are uploaded onto Konekt and automatically distributed. Documentation are instantly available to relevant parties. (Note: Expert reports to be approved online by the relevant Attorney before being distributed.)
• All relevant parties (e.g. the Attorney and Experts) receive specific login details (which allows access to only the matters which they have been linked to), by which they can access all information.
• No documentation submitted can be edited, thereby securing all documents.
The program is online-based, thereby allowing parties involved to access information remotely. We furthermore aim on developing a mobile application within the next 12 months!
To make any third-party claim (I.e. Road Accident Fund Claims, medical-negligence claims and personal injury claims) more user friendly and to enhance Expert productivity!
