I came here as a beginner and already have learned a lot of things. The class size is just perfect and Sensei Brandin is very attentive to making sure everyone is doing the correct routines. Each class is challenging and fun and Sensei Brandin walks you thru every combo and technique and he works closely with you to ensure you walk out of each class learning something new. What I really like is that we don't just punch a bag for an hour, but we move around, do all kinds of other workouts and everyday is something else. Be ready to get a proper workout and sweat for your money!!! This is a great studio for kick boxing and I feel very comfortable and I cannot wait to get better and better with the movements. I would recommend this place for any fitness level. Great classes and great atmosphere!
