Friendly staff, especially our waitress Sandra. Nicer inside than what you expect from the road. Our Trinchado main was delicious! Well priced at a good serving. Will definitely return to try the beautiful selection of homemade desserts.
Wonderful food and even more wonderful servers. Sometimes there's a jumping castle for kids. I recommend not going on a Sunday if you want family lunch, the love entertainment is extremely loud, good, but you can't have a conversation while they perform.
Everything is great. Just one thing... When you give the bread rolls before the meal can you add something that doesn't burn. The chillies are awesome for me but hubby doesn't eat hot stuff so maybe a mayo mix or something for the not so into chillies peopleFood: 5/5
What an unforgettable heartwarming birthday experience. If you want your tongue to dance and not just your feet to the entertainment, go to Casa da Tia. The food is authentic Portuguese cuisine, they are liberal with the fresh herbs and garlic. I searched and now I found the real thing. There is play area for kiddies. Portions are Big but above all Magnifico, tasty like traditional should be.
Great atmosphere on a Sunday with Live music. The seafood platter was great, but the fresh Portuguese rolls were to die for. Look out for their specials during the week, like their Espatada on a Thursday. Really good value for money.
What an amazing experience! After being shown away by Cool Runnings where we just asked them if we can sit inside until they officially open due to being in the street with a 3 year old, and they refused us, we made our way to Casa d' tia Portuguese Restuarant. When we arrived just after 9o' clock Lenox welcomed us, made a plan for a jumping castle for our 3 year old. They had offered us coffee immediately. We have order food, what an amazing experience! Thank you Casa Team!
Book well in advance! Our hosts could not get a booking for Mother's Day as they were fully booked. So last week made a reservation for today for 10 adults and 2 kids. Place was absolutely packed to capacity so service was exceptionally and understandably extremely slow but frustrating for us with a 90 yr old.. We got there at 13h00 and only ate around 15h30. Everyone raved and said the food was absolutely amazing ...huge portions so go there hungry! Their Portuguese rolls are the best ever -served on arrival with two options of chilli. We all ordered different things. Absolutely no complaints about the food as it was all delicious but suggest you book for an earlier reservation. Entertainment was excellent too!!! Staff really helpful and friendly. Would have rated a 5+ but service in getting our meals was just too slow! When a Portuguese restaurant is pretty packed with Portuguese people .....you know their food is going to be good! Recommendation ....please put cal de verde spelling soup on the menu for a starter. Will definitely go back!
Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and food was absolutely delicious.Food: 5/5
