I found myself visiting this nursery 4 times in 10 days and I gotta give due credit to the selection of starts, trees and flowers as well as the helpful staff. As you pick your plant babies, the staff load them up on a wagon and keep them safe for you. The staff also proved to be a great source of knowledge on the plant world. This nursery really has everything you need to start a small homestead and I would recomend their efforts. The staff also neatly load your purchases into your car and they are well prepared with boxes and newspaper. Wandering through a small jungle of well curated and looked after plants is a pleasure that belongs in Heaven. I find a whole new section of the nursery every time I go by.
Love this nursery so much! The owner and staff are delightful, the plants are gorgeous and they just have everything you might need. Can't wait to go back!
Visited the new coffee shop recently and its such a beautiful little shop. They have such amazing coffee and those dark chocolate chip cookies are to die for!
Lovely quaint little place. Very new, limited menu but with time i think it will be a beautiful place to grab a cuppa with the girls
Amazing nursery, has really wide variety of plants that are set up perfectly only draw back is some prices are really high
I wanted to give a 4 star rating due to the fact that they never answer their landline number. I decided to give a 5 star rating to cover up for the other unfair 1 star ratings. This is the most amazing Nursery in Durban! They have a huge selection, very very well organized, each plant is labelled with detailed instructions and I could spend the entire day here.
Well stocked and well maintained nursery with all your general gardening needs, from cactus to perennials, soils, pots, garden decor and lots more! Exotic Indoor/ jungle/ indirect light plants are very limited though!

Visited this nursery for the first time this year despite living a stone's throw away for the passed 21 years. To say that I was completely in disbelief, is an understatement. Never have I come across such a well arranged & organised business. They have every thing you can think of when it comes to plants & gardening accessories. The staff is full of knowledge & goes out of their way to assist you & make sure you leave as a happy customer. After buying from them a few times, my girlfriend decided she wanted some plants & I decided to place a special order as per her needs. No surprises that the service was excellent again. Emma took my order and promised to have it ready on the required date. My order arrived early & a guy by the name of FREEDOM ensured it was kept safely. I picked up the order today & it was excellently presented to me. This is DEFINITELY by far, the best Nursery I've ever been too, oh and their prices are the best to. Tropical Nursery gets a 10 on 10 for me, unfortunately I can only give 5 stars on this review.
My favorite place and now serves coffee, tea and treats as well!
