Truworths Cape Gate

The first thing that grabs your attention of this store is the staff. What an amazing group of ladies that works at Truworths Cape Gate. They are so friendly and helpful without giving off the feeling that they are “stalking” you as some other stores does. What can I say that’s different about this store? They are very good in every regard, just as all the other Truworths stores are. Bright, beautiful, clean and well stocked. That is Truworths trademark really. The differentiating factor is the wonderful staff at this branch. Well done to them as they are a true asset to the business

The service received at Truworths, Cape Gate from each person who assisted me from the security as well several other staff members was an absolute pleasure, I couldn't have wished for better service, they were consistently the best....Well Done! ..... Beautiful friendly staff,i always enjoy shopping there

After waiting in a very long queue. Wanted to change a blouse my mother sent me as a gift. Had the slip, just to hear i can give the blouse back but cannot take another. I took something for the exact same price.The lady that helped me said she is new. I would think at least the manager could come out and talk to me but she gives orders out of her office.I did this transaction before at another Thrworths store and they excepted it. Why is it so difficult to get good assistance these days.

Slow service. Too many rails packed in a small space. Staff literally drag their feet when walking. Management sitting in offices at the back. Small store over crowded with goods.

Terrible unhelpful experience at Truworths Cape Gate. Third time nobody helps me. At first I thought it was not me because I am white. Yesterday non of the staff helped me or a other white guy. This should actually go onto Facebook how racially Truworths has become that they give no service towards white people. Then my white money is not good enough for you either. Go check my account. I am a excellent client. I am closing my account and will share this with everybody how racist you have become.

It's a very clean shop and hygienic good customer service even from their security personnel, I always enjoy shopping from them

I was given false information at this store which made me drove from Cape Gate to Century City for nothing. The requested item wasn't at the storeCentury City Truworths when I got there. They never had it for that matter. How do one get that wrong? I was very upset as petrol was wasted. I am a fair guy but this wasn't on.
