Great sale going on. Very good quality clothing at bargain prices. Just a pity they set their air-conditioning in the shop so warm. We were getting so hot we just wanted to get out of the shop as quickly as possible. Would have loved to be able to stay longer and browse around thoroughly.

I went there today and wanted to buy Estee Lauder foundation as te store has got a promotion on. Buy 2 get 50% off second product. The sales assistant who I think was an Estee consultant asked if I had a rewards card which I don't she wanted my ID which I responded to say I don't want the store to have my ID. I was then told I wouldn't be able to buy the 2 products. I then asked to speak to the mngr. Assistant manager was going to see me but she never arrived . I asked them to speak to the Store

Eish ! Could not be help just to go pay an account for someone they claim they had system problem shame man this customer next to me placed an oder online but could not get it he already paid and money showed it was deducted but the staff was not bothered but who still buys at Truworths unbelievable

0 star actually specifically to the manager is rude and a bad lie i won't even help her even if I fnd her under the stone I will add more stones

You can buy a no 37 pants there when you can't get it anywhere else.

The store was quiet so it was ideal to shop. Is there anyone out there who gets annoyed with the security that follows you and tries to be inconspicuous but fails badly. It seems that they seem more interested in us than the sales staff. Other than that it was a pleasure...a little more customer service might be helpful.

I always shop at Truworths Centurion Mall, There is a gentleman called Nhlanhla. I would like to give him 5 stars for his exceptional service towards me. I have a issue with my account, which results in phone calls being done to head office everytime I have to pay or Purchase. Nhlanhla is always patient, not once has he been rude or unwilling to help... Thank You

Centurion Truworths larger sizes are great and comfy. Also great value on sales wear. Maternity section very stylish!

Lines and no cashiers. Prepare to stand in line.
