Truworths Ltd. Branches Mimosa Mall

It is the second weekend that I get to Truworths Mimosa Mall and they are either understaffed or the staff are standing around - not willing to help at all. This was always my favorite Truworths store.

Received SMS online order ready for collection on Saturday 23/01/2021 went to the store at Mimosa just to be told order is not available please come back on Monday to collect. Bad service at branch from staff not willing to assist and solve the problem. Management nowhere to be found.

One star is already too much. I placed Order #o61517000 on 18/09/2019. I received an SMS on Friday, 20 September that my order will be delivered the same day before 17h00 to Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein. I visited Truworths that Friday just before 17h00 and after speaking to a very rude and unhelpful employee I was informed that my order was not delivered and that they will call me after 17h00 to give me the status of my order. Needless to say, I did not receive any call. Saturday afternoon I went back to Truworths, Mimosa Mall and again I was handled with an attitude and spoken back to. I did not appreciate this attitude at all especially because of their incompetent service the previous day. I have not received any correspondence to this day hence, the SMS has been received 20/09/2019. I support Truworths a lot and this is not the first time that I ordered online. I am very disappointed and unhappy of the way I have been treated.

I was so impressed by the friendliest and knowledgeable staff...store clean and well organised... evidence off good management.

Was a truworths and can I just say what terrible service and the staff was absolutely rude. Truworths will definitely not be seeing me again.

We were there half pas 2 they close at 3. We know what we want so it would have taken 3 min. They were not open to help us. This is really bad.
