Truworths Man

Absolutely poor customer service. Went in to do a gift exchange for my brother. Was told that I could not get a gift card instead. The cashier had no change in her cash draw, had to wait until a customer made payment on his account so that I could get change. The staff are lazy, was told that they did bot have the size I wanted, but then miraculously found it hanging on the sales floor.

Am customer there i always get best service

Waited for 20 minutes in one spot just to pay. Only 2 cashiers during festive period....surely Truworths can do better

The range was very limited. Could not find sizes and colours

Great special on but nothing for the mature man
