T S Media Productions is a South African based emerging media production company based in Polokwane and Pretoria. The formation of the company was born out of a need to develop a youth –owned production company that would exploit and bring out the abundant youth talent in its area and eradicate poverty with providing employment opportunities. T S refer to the initials of the founder Thomas Salani. This document serves to provide a brief summary of T S Media Productions.
T S Media Productions was developed in June 2010.The company was founded by Mr Thomas Mokgosi when realising a business opportunity after successfully completing his Diploma in Business Information and Technology. Realising a business opportunity but with solid experience and start-up capital, he combined talents towards achieving his goals of being a successful young entrepreneur.
T S Media Productions is registered s a Close Corporation and also affiliated with relevant production boards highlighted in the details of this document.
The Vision
T S Media Productions aim to become the most profitable and professional youth owned production company by offering excellent service and quality to our client and providing employment opportunities. To be the leader in the provision of quality production properties in South Africa.
AIM:
• To be as competitive as possible by way offering good quality work to all our clients both to governmental and non-governmental, Private sectors.
• We aim to be one of the best tender evaluators with intentions of satisfying both our client’s expectations and project’s scope of work by providing a service of high excellence rates within the production industry.
• We aim at becoming well established youth owned Production Company which focus on black economic empowerment and should eventually lead to be recognized in the major projects.
• We aim to venture into National Television to open opportunities for growth and development, creating jobs for both the professional and the illiterate in individuals including proving training to the unskilled individuals.
• T S Media Production’s main objective is to become a contractor of choice in both the Public and Private sector, by completing all projects granted on time, on budget and at excellent quality and providing the we train the unskilled individuals.
Our mission is to become a major role player in the production industry. To strive in improving on service delivery trough treating all our clients with respect and dignity by offering excellent service and quality work to all clients to point of satisfaction. To work towards a common goal as a team and be competitive to companies of the same level within the same field of work. The company is 100% youth owned and managed but we do not close doors to applicants of any age/race in the event of vacancies within the company at all times. We are youth ownership affirmed and hope to uplift the previously disadvantaged individuals, be it by employing local based personnel on temporary and permanent basis, in areas where we are entrusted to carry out tasks.
