Whenever we order a part for a Toyota Supra there is always a wait of more than 4 weeks....Does Toyota Sa not keep any parts for this vehicle? I have logged a call with customer service....I have been told there is no time frame when the part with arrive in Sa....Why does Toyota sell vehicles without keeping spare parts? The after service regarding parts is unacceptable. All customer should be advised regarding this matter before they purchase a Supra

My cousin bought a car at Alberton CHC, Pre-owned in "good" condition. It's now 3 months, we discovered the passenger sit and drivers becomes a swimming pool when it's raining. This car is used for business. We took the car back and the manager proudly says in South Africa a car must remain in this condition for 5 days. So swim while you drive. My dear Manager is aware this car was bought for business purposes

I have recently took my vehicle to Orange Toyota in Bothaville for service. As usual, I expected a call from service advisor if there are any things that needs attention. This never happened, I was called to pick up the vehicle. I could identify number of things including the heater not working and the rear passenger window noise. I went back to the dealer for a quotation for those to be fixed, I'm now 4 weeks waiting. I have even called the dealership manager who since promised to revert back to me with my complaint but that hasn't happened so far. I'm very disappointed with this dealership hence I bought three vehicles from them and that was the last. I will never ever go there. Very disappointed!!!!

East Rand Toyota replaced both my Rav 4 rear swing arms as well as the stabilizers on both sides.They however omitted to replace 2 of the bolts on the abs and hand brake cables. Further more they did not Thigpen the retainer nut on the side shaft. This caused the bearing to collapse in Ventersdorp. I went to a engineering shop whom helped me to temporary rectify the problem until they received the wheel bearings and hubs. East Rand Toyota still ow me a hand brake cable which must be installed. I can not see myself returning to them to do this.

Website not too helpful when looking for an engineer to remaster their toughest bakkies for the area we work in. Body and engine works last longer than Ford but we need something better and faster and less breakable...

Extremely disappointed in the service East Rand Toyota offers their customers. As a loyal Toyota family for years it is sad to say we will never be buying another Toyota vehicle. I was excited to be taking delivery of a Legend 50 tomorrow only to receive a call this morning saying unfortunately they can not give me the discount agreed upon this whole week. East Rand Toyota's DP Johan has the worst attitude towards clients. I have never experienced this level of bad service in my life.

I recently broke down in the middle of nowhere, got in touch with Toyota Somerset East, they went WAY WAY WAY over and above the call of duty to get me on my way! They arranged for me to be transported back to the farm I was staying on 176 km away, the dealer Principle, Stephen Meyer, allowed his staff his personal vehicle to collect parts in Port Elizabeth 200 km away, AND even offered me lunch!! The Service Manager, Cordelia Petrus, was an angel beyond belief arranging everything, then my superstar, Justin Peinke, received the parts from PE after 17h00, installed, repaired, repainted, the DELIVERED my bakkie to me almost 200 km away!! He arrived after 20h00 with a smile on his face, saying thats how "we do things at Toyota!!!!!!!!!" I actually got home safe to Cape Town in time to spend Fathers day with my kids!! UNBELIEVABLBY AWESOME SERVICE!!! What a brand ambassador to TOYOTA!!!!! THANK YOU EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!!

Very impressed with Shani van Graan's service at Toyota Alberton. She is a great asset to Toyota considering the fast and professional service we received.

There is absolutely NO place where one can ask a real question about Toyota products. You cannot send an email...nothing! I see Oz getting ALL the safety advantages by name, EBA, Lane keeping assist, Active Speed Control, etc....WHEN will we see this in our SA Hilux???

I am extremely disappointed with my Toyota Yaris 2018. I've been struggling to understand why my aircon. Cannot give the icy cold feeling on a hot day. This started after purchasing the vehicle as new. Today I was informed my vehicle is so fuel efficient it cannot blow the icy air expected. I am done with the Toyota brand.
