Absolutely shocking. They took my wife's money KNOWING that her learners was expired, telling her that it would be fine because there was an extension as a result of the covid lockdown. After the extremely unprofessional and just plain BAD service, we requested a refund. They then told us that they had used the money already and now are trying everything they can to avoid giving the money back. We requested the refund on the 3rd of March. We are not even asking for the R600.00 from the time wasting expedition in Petru Steyn. The R2000.00 that she paid for the lessons that she never received on the other hand is what we want back. After all of this, after my wife posted a Google review complaining about the poor service, they had the cheek to threaten us with lawyers? Sies. If that's the case, please have your lawyer contact me as I would really like to start with proceedings. P.S. if you can afford a lawyer for this matter, you can afford to refund us too. Absolutely shocking.
After the bad experience we had with another driving school, it was brilliant to see how the instructor took time to carefully tutor his pupils. Service was brilliant - no wonder the pass rate is so high. Well done!
