Tshwane Emergency Services

Yesterday somehow Tshwane ambulance servises was contacted when I had an emergency with my mom choking at my home in Pierre van Ryneveld. Although i do have medical experience ones again i learned to do for others is easy for your own not so much. When I saw the Tswane ambulance stop I though NO PLEASE WHY THEM. I must apologize and say thank you. Your staf was competent, professional and did what was needed to help to save a life. May you all be safe and THANK YOU YOU WERE GREAT

Extremely poor service. I wanted to report a rather big fire at the crossing of Zambezi and the Moloto Road just before the China Mall. Big flames were seconds away from the road and people were walking close to the fire. I contacted the emergency services who barely answerd the phone with a hello. I had to ask where I was. I tried to explain where the fire was but was bombarded with questions. I was not even given the opportunity to explain the situation. The operator was demanding EAST or WEST. I said I did not know and APOLOGIZED for wanting to do the right thing and report a quick spreading fire. It seems to me that nothing could be done because of the EAST or WEST- even after I gave the operator the area and street address? Surely a life threatening fire is far more important than East or West? I'm very disappointed. I tried to phone again but without success.

Since I try calling them around 3: 35 till 5:00 they haven’t picked up. I’m so disappointed

Never EVER call Tshwane Emergency services. We phoned for an Ambulance at 08.50 and they online arrived 09.55 . We called dispatch 4 times and nobody knew what was going on. Our Employee was noncontinuous and his blood pressure sky high. When they finally did arrive I got told they got lost and we gave the wrong address.

worst service ever,building been without power for two days and when called the call is dropped 7 times and when i eventually talk to someone they keep saying their on their way but still waiting two days and my business is suffering ,very bad service

Very very poor and slow service, considering the word emergency

The worst service EVER!!! called for an ambulance and waited more than 2 hours. When I finally got an agent to do a follow up, a not so friendly someone said the call was canceled!!!!! Soo we should just die waiting for help Woooow
