"We are a new boutique winery on the famous Route 62, situated at the entrance to the quaint Klein Karoo town of Calitzdorp, when approaching from the Oudtshoon side.Our name TTT Cellars stand for "Things Take Time", which talks to our ethos of handcrafted artisinal wines.We offer a selection of dry white, rose, and red wines as well as four fortified wines. Wine tastings are available every day and can be accompanied by a cheese, meat or mixed platter. Or just pop in and enjoy a bottle of wine on our sunny verandah, with stunning views over the vineyard towards the Swartberg mountains."

I read how nice the owners were, I read how entheusiastic the couple were, but only meeting these lovely people reflects their passion for their craft and educating others about it. We went when they were closed and got welcomed. The willingness to share knowlige and their storey of how they got to where they are is incredible.. The realization of that there could be such, special wines, 900 lt for whole world was awesome to be part of. We bought a case of Muscadal that only two vats of were made a year. A tiny wine producing cellar, beautiful to have seen.

What a charming owner-run wine farm and cellar. Cheryl and Graham are such lovely hosts! Tucked away just off the main road, you’ll be in for a treat with gorgeous views overlooking the vineyard towards the mountains. You’ll have delicious platters and wine made with passion - this is a must-do when in Calitzdorp!
Nice to see TTT Cellars open again and by a very talent winemaker, Graham Ashley, who took over the wine yard only two years ago and already has a very nice range of handcrafted artisanal wines. Well worth visiting both for the wine and for a chat with Graham
Such an amazing experience! The cheese and meat boards were fantastic along with the wine. Great set up, so beautiful. Graham was so thorough in his explanations relating to all the wines. We got a total history lesson and it was awesome. We will definitely be back!
We stopped here on the way from Oudtshoorn to Swellendam and we had an amazing experience. The wine was great, also the cheese and meat place was really tasty. The view in the winery is absolutely wonderful and the hospitality of the winery owners was really good! You should definitely stop here for a visit
I recently went to do some wine tasting at TTT cellars and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. They were knowledgeable about the various wines that were being tasted, and were able to provide insightful commentary and background information on each one. Their passion for wine was evident, and they made the experience both educational and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time, and they were successful in doing so. Overall, I highly recommend TTT cellars and their fantastic host.
TTT Cellars is a truly unique experience. A very energetic husband and wife team with an ideal spot over a Vinyard and beautiful mountains, a place to sit back, relax, enjoy some wine tasting, as well as a platter, or some snacks, water, tea or coffee. They have some very unique wine and port combinations, red and white wines too. All the wines are very palatable, and prices are affordable too. You might end up staying longer than what you anticipate because of the atmosphere so don't plan too much afterwards. One of the best wine farms in the area. See photos for evidence.
I went to Calitsdorp about 190 ks away from where I live to visit Cheryl and Graham Anley's fabulous new TTT CELLAR and they have produced 13, yes 13 brand new wines Red white and dessert wines in a very short time!! Absolutely fantastic too Soon to be offering Gin too. Things Take Time Wine Cellar is truly a must see place to visit and taste wines. I am not a big wine drinker as I usually get a terrible headache But I thought I'd try anyway.. and guess what.. ? No headache at all!! I was truly surprised and thrilled I tried some wines I have not tasted before and am so happy I did. Palamino and Columbar are 2 I hadn't ever tried and now will order more! If you or friends are going to or through Calitsdorp, I strongly recommend this must see n taste cellar.
Incredibly cozy place and extremely friendly people. Good assistance with the wine tasting and excellent Wine of course!
