Bad service after washing clothes from them, Clothes come back with awful smell, Some of the items are still dirty, I had to wash again somewhere else!!!
Kinda a rip off, i had under a kilo and they charged me for a whole load, it says 0-5kg, it's should be 1-5kg. Ended up paying R95 for 0.28kg
Great service. Laundry smells fresh and perfectly folded. Never any missing items. Just wish they had card facilities.
Tubs Laundry certainly did not live up to any reviews below. We were greeted with a scowl, no hello and with a sigh that we had brought them more than R300 worth of business. The phone was slammed down on me when I informed them that I did not have a fitted sheet they claimed to have mistakenly put into our washing. Worst service ever. I would have preferred to not have given them any stars at all.
Everything was done well, except my duvet cover wasn't washed well.
