I have never received such fastest online service like Turfmaster did. I bought two machines on 31st January 2023 and it was delivered ob 2nd February 2023. All right orders as appeared on website. I am happy,thank you.

Extremely poor service level. I swear government departments have better service delivery. If you feel like battling for a week for a quote on a new lawnmower engine and some parts, go ahead. Otherwise, try literally anyone else. Very disappointing service received from Erns, Fred and Jaco. Look elsewhere!
Lying, dishonest company. Kudu 850 cuts 75cm not 85cm as they state. Poor quality. Lying, dishonest reply. U havent asked me for my details how could u pick me up. You dont have blade to cut 85cm have spoken to your sales.

I have bought a few things from them on the website in the past with no issues, quick delivery. BUT they never answer a single email or query I send them. Come on guys... edit, the issue is rectified, I got my parts ordered and waiting for delivery Thank you Jaco.
Very good service. Online shopping experience backed up by actual persons one can talk to over phone. Delivery quite quick. One item had a part missing due to packing mistake by manufacturer not fault of Turfmaster. They sorted it out very quickly and shipped the missing part. I am very impressed. Was able to source engine parts clutch, cylinder, pinston, rings, gasket set, air filter assembly for my Mitsubishi T200 brush cutter motor which is more than 30 years old !!! I basically have an almost brand-new machine for under R900. Looks like reviews are either very good, or very bad. I suspect this may be due to certain stock items not being in stock for specific items when there are issues with overseas suppliers. I do not think Turfmaster can be held accountable when certain items are difficult to source. The fact that they mostly have good stock availability, makes me think that complaints around stock may be due to issues with specific suppliers and stock items.
No service. I am looking for parts to a brush cutter Turfmaster sold me a little while ago. No reply to any emails even though I have sent their info mail account and 2 other email addresses. Sent a follow-up email a few days later, still nothing. I tried to phone them as well, phone just rings and rings. It was the same a few months ago, eventually gave up then and found another company that is more helpful.
Still waiting for an order to arrive from April. Communicated with a Christo via email in May. They were condescending and rude. Which I guess would be easier to get over if I eventually received my order… or an update. It’s now August and I’m trying to get my refund issued. Will update on progress.
