The service was friendly, quick and helpful. They explained that there is a non-refundable payment for the quote. They could fix my TV within 3 days and gave me extra time for payment.

TV had sound but no picture, a week later am told they can not fix the TV and I should come collect it. Worst experience of my life, no refund to top it off.

False advertising. The first time I hear you pay for an assessment that you don't even receive, because apparently "in their line of work the technician does the repair to quote." Absolutely ridiculous honestly. The point of an assessment is for me to decide if I want you to do the repair. Not to do the repair and then charge me without letting me know what was wrong or what you needed to do to repair. Only in SA.

This is literally the most reliable and trustworthy repairs team in the whole of Port Elizabeth from TVs to Radios and more. Had them sort out my radio and I have no reason to complain after a job well done. It's a little expensive but worth the money you pay rather than someone who you don't trust. Value for money

The initial repair of the television was done within days. Days after receiving it, the same issue reoccurred. It was returned and I was advised that they awaiting the particular spares, a date was given for collection. Days prior to the date of collection, I was once again told that ‘they still awaiting the spares and that by end of the week, Friday 26 March 2021, it would be available for collection and also requesting a fee for a repair that’s ‘under warranty ’. On the said day I am informed that it is not available for collection but a loan television will be provided. I called back and spoke to the owner, Jerome, whom rudely advised that they have cracked the television screen. No prior communication of this was corresponded to me.
