Shocking service. The salesman at counter two is rude and useless. He gave us a long story about a cyber attack and refused to assist us. We were aware of the cyber attack but he is just lazy. Luckily the salesman at counter one was helpful and we managed to get the part we needed. Can't get hold of them on the phone either.

OK ARE YOU CLOSING DOWN IN CAPE TOWN If not why cant i go on to your website to do busines i am trying now for months and it seem that you do not need customers any more i have 2 choises go to Sparex or Denver and get my hydrolic fitting some where else would that be ok with you guys regards Andre

been coming here since 2016 always had the best service at dispatch now from 2022 they have the most rude people working at dispatch and wait time atleast 30min

This is one of the most comfortable companies to work with. Reliable and efficient!! Prices are AMAZINGLY low!! Turnaround time and expectations is much quicker than expected!!!

I am on day 6 of trying to get hold of a salesperson so that I can ask if TVH sells parts for my client's excavator. if you want to waste days of your time and get no response whatsoever, phone this company.
