If possible I was gonna give Galitos 0 stars. What a horrible service I got from this Resturant. Yesterday I orderd my food for delivery at 13h00, guess what? They only delivered at 16h00 when it was time for me to knock off. Even worse I called the store to ask what time are they gonna deliver then this rude lady said no all deliveries left there's nothing in store. An hour later the driver called me and he was in the shop haibo he's asking about directions. When he got here theres only one coldrink in my food yet I orderd 2 coldrinks. Well I paid for a coldrink that I didn't even drink. And The food is cold. I am NEVER EVER buying again from Galitos I'd rather starve and die. Your service is really poor

There was wanted to buy food and beer there but they didn't have beer "only food" soo when I asked them if I can buy food there n bring my own beer since they did not have anything I asked them if I can buy food from them n bring my own beer but they also refused, I ended up not buying anything at all. VERY BAD N AND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
I had a terrible experience with Galitos Tzaneen, I ordered food at 13:52 from your Galitos for delivery and I had to call at 15:17 to check up on the order and I was told someone is coming just now, and the deliver called me and said his coming. At 16:18 after an hour I called again and the driver was still at the store and said his coming for the second time. And the food was delivered at 16:30 and it was cold.
Well cooked food and good customer service Kid-friendliness: The washing basin is visible and people can communicate with waiters etc
It's as Galitos as Galitos can get. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of hygiene, but overall, it's OK, but some of the till staff can do with an attitude adjustment and a little smile. The poor lady was probably having a bad day, unfortunately it happened to be my first time at the establishment, therefore, she kinda spoilt my experience. Hope they'll improve.
Poor service from the cashier who was not in the mood to sell. She kept on getting impassion with us asking questions about specials. They served us with cold food and they didn't care
Bad service from Galitos...I visited the restaurant during the week and found this rude waiter.The food was nice but I felt very bad after the attitude that was given to me.And I have seen that I am not the only who received this kind of treatment.Food: 5/5
