Thank you so much for the great service especially to Johanna from the Tzaneen branch. You are always so friendly and we really appreciated all your help. Keep up the good work!
I visited this department on the 11 May 2022 to register my new born kids to get birth certificate. There is a guy and a lady who were assisting people with that, they are both terrible and I don't understand how they were employed. The lady at the reception is worse than them. I went there to queue for my new born birth certificate and I was the first to arrive but I was the last to be assisted because they wanted me to go to Van Velden hospital to do certificate. I said to them, I don't want to go there, I want home affairs to assist me and they said I will sit until they finish all o them. That was a terrific and terrible experiences. I will not recommend home affairs Tzaneen to anyone. Those employees need to be managed otherwise government must do something to assist the poor or else it will be a war one day. Those two I want them to apologies to me and my wife.
Leaves much to be desired. People including the elderly and new parents with infants standing in queues in the sun. No clear explanation of where to go or what is happening. Someone has now just left more than 10 people in a room where photo and prints are being taken... Waiting silence.... So much opportunity to get things done right for our people
If I could give zero stars I would. Queued outside in the street for 3 hours - waiting to collect an item that I have been notified is ready for collection. Surely collections should be quick and efficient. Gave up so I will have to endure it again another day.
Lack of interaction, bad service,no specification of time and poor time management
Standing in line for hours just waiting in the sun. Just want to pickup ID that has been issued. Many poeple waiting and nothing happens
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother on the 19 April 2019 went to apply for the smart card, she went through the whole process and even paid the R140. Weeks passed without getting any message. Today she went back there and they told her that her application was not processed thier machines were not working that day mind you she has all the slips that proves that her application went through and now she has to go through the whole process again and she has to pay that R140 again. How possible is that, now how will she vote without her ID. Home Affairs fix this
That is their daily routine job they enjoy seeing those ppl on quee everyday. I strongly suggest tht the Department of Home Affairs must investigate wht is hppng before old ppl die in that pavement
Most useless bunch of people working there. Rude, arrogant and lazy. Should all be fired.
Awful awful awful!! Have sat in the street in a long queue since 8.30 this morning and am now being turned away at 3.30 without being assisted. Rude and arrogant supervisor... goes by the name of maaifala
