Ugly Duckling Parys

Whichever place we visit in SA, ugly duckling is a must visit place for us! We buy all the souvenirs and gifts from here back home! They have everything at one place and this branch of theirs had even more vast collection. We bought few more items this time. But , the only thing is we found the prices a bit more pricy this time.

Was amazed by the variety of gift items on sale - different to what you would find at a Chinese store or your average gift shop. You are bound to find something unique here. Impressive!

This store is great fun! Lots of interesting collectibles, furniture and clothes.

Really friendly and helpfull staff. For a curio shop it is absolutely lovely to go into as it is perfectly neat and organised. They even have some beautiful furniture. And really interesting and weird stuff. Awesome place to shop.

Hyper friendly and happy staff! There is so much in these ugly ducks that one needs a day to browse. And then fall over and drink coffee. Lovely bunch of people with some really covetable stuff, a fair amount of which i am happy to buy! Reasonable prices for really nice bits and bobs!!

I simply adore this store. It is so quaint, simply elegant and they really have something that will tickle anyone's interest. The African/Moroccan/Asian/Indian vibe really tantalize one's curiosity to purchase something so out-of-the-ordinary that it will have you returning for more goodies.

Really interesting collection of trinkets and nicnaks to purchase. Make sure to look through the entire store as you are bound to find something you will like, there's definitely something for everyone. Just beware though some of the rows of goods for sale are really close to eachother and especially when the store is full, like when I visited, its really easy to accidentally knock something over, so take extra caution. Fortunately I didn't but I can see this becoming a hazard.
