Difficult parking, as in tight. Not for an overnight unless you are desperate. More of 'by the hour place'. Entrance is on Louis Botha which is a super busy road, presenting challenges of its own. Almost opposite the Ethiopian Apostolic church so likely a tad noisy at times. Certainly non stop music coming from the street middle of the day. Hopefully I won't have to return...

Budget it's okay for the orange GroveRooms: 2/5

This place is nice and secure, it's like real home, no disturbances when you stay here. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly especially the lady who is there.

The place is a zero star. That is the reason they don't have pictures of the rooms. Dirty, no privacy, heaters not working. A worse place I ever booked.

Horrible place the francio guy is super rude he doesn't know how to treat people

Affordable, yet lacking in privacy! But on the whole an acceptable short-term accommodation solution!
