They can accommodate you if you would like to get more proformence out of your bike. They don't ride the S%%%^ out of a customers bike when you book it in for repairs. Staff is friendly an helpful

I went in .. spoke to Joe, for a quote on 2 new tyres. He promised to call me back with a quote. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting??! I called again a week later, asked the person on the line for a quote. He took my number down, and promised to call me back. That was week ago... still waiting??? I'll go to another dealership...

I just phoned for a quote, spoke to a guy named John. Extremely helpful! He even phoned me back to give me the info. Definitely going there for any bike problems.

Just dont try call anyone, it is dam near impossible to speak to anyone. You can call and get cut off as it answers or you can be put through and then cut off. Tried at least 6 times across multiple days. Rather contact Suzuki Richards Bay, i have heard that they are good and will find out shortly.

Useless store they don't tell you that there is no refund after you have purchased something. I purchased few parts for my bike when i tried to cancel the order they said i can't i have to take them even if i don't need them anymore. The store does not display any knowledge about their refund policy

Still lacking in new bikes but workmanship efficient and pleasant people although complete shop scruffy and unorganized. Prices fair.
