Premises of this Municipality are frovided with Covid 19 Rules and Regulations Practices. Signs are found all over the building. The staff and politicians alike are clear about their call of duty. Clean and respectful atmosphere prevail at all times.
I did not believe it when I was told that because of load shedding they were all going home, offices are dirty, mantainance equipment all over, haaibo. I was really disappointed when told, ma'am if we can please finish this meeting before load shedding schedule!
The atmosphere is welcoming, entrance compliant with the coronavirus rules and practices. Security and Staff are there to monitor temperature and sanitize the visitors. The Register is kept for the ease of trace.
Thanks for I am a District Mayor here. I am responsible together with the Municipal Manager, for every thing on Service Delivery. We are currently busy with addressing the issues of Staff, Bathopele Principle and Customer Care.Office Space is ideal for the Staff work environment.
