I have been to the store more then a few times. I can honestly say that there service is above average. There service is amazing. They exceeded my expectations every time and they so helpful in finding the perfect gift. Never trying to up sell but trying to add a special touch to your gift. Bianca was great in helping me find the perfect gift. Amazing experience. I won't go any where else.

Bianca was very friendly and super helpful. Organized fresh rose petals at a very good cost when I had an emergency. Lovely florist with lots of goodies and fresh flowers. Will definitely be back

What an absolutely lovely store! The staff are so friendly and very insightful, knew precisely which plants would flourish in certain areas of my garden and home. Stunning layout and decor. Perfect one stop shop to put a smile on your special someone’s face. From roses to fuchsias, to baobabs, to fudge, to chilli plants, to chocolates, to dried fruits dipped in chocolate. If you’ve got the time or need to get yourself out of trouble, pop in.

From the day I sent her an email to the time I walked into the shop to finally collect my various flower arrangements for my wedding day, she has been incredible. The staff is very friendly. The plants are all very healthy and affordable.

The staff are lovely but the white lady which i think is the owner is absolutely rude! She has a terrible attitude. I will most likely not be purchasing from them again! Funny how our money is good enough yet they act like they are doing us a favor!!
