Upon my partners arrival at UniCare Polokwane Medical Facilities Psychiatric at 9am, he was given a bed in Ward A3. While waiting for Dr Louw to see him, he tried to get some sleep but the nurses in the room was shouting as they were talking to each other. He then asked them to talk softer because he needs to get some sleep as per his medical condition is severe. a Nurse named Penny then told him that if them shouting bothers him he should take his bags and go home. She denies ever saying that to him. For a nurse at n Psychiatric Medical Facility she is absolutely unprofessional and beyond rude for the type of work she is suppose to be preforming.
Bedding not to standard of hospital. Care and hospitality worse. Dont want to talk about food is like prisoners. Desserts in this time. And era who stills consider custard and jelly sweet dish Shooo to go is to see. Ao
Unicare staff are too noisy. The noise in here is unbearable, same as a bear hall. Entering rooms the staff are not taught to knock , there is no respect, there is actually no peace in here. Now we are kept here there NO WATER, for 3days now, it's a disaster, with toilets no bathing and no solution or any plan B to solve this water chrisis. Unicare really undermines its patients. Realy this place takes stress to a higher level..... It's surely devastating to be in a place without a toilet. Unicare where is your pride..... As a hospital. Very disappointed of your service.
The management and staff need to understand that people go there for the peace and quiet they should uphold the peaceful atmosphere at all times not make all these noise and fail to control even the visitors making noise cos they are noisy themselves
Absolutely terrible noise. I didn’t know I could go even more mad. I would definitely not recommend.
