Union Tiles

Received a quote of R180.95 incl vat for vinyl floors, was invoiced R202 excl vat. I called to query and informed they had made a mistake so paid on invoice, R5000 more than I was quoted Two days later I received a call to let me know the price had gone up and person responsible for changing the price had not done so, and was a shortfall of R9000 that I needed to pay. I asked for a refund and was assured by the manager that I would have it paid the following day. It’s been 2 days and no refund of R23686 has been paid

Absolutely awful, They could never get the delivery date correct , even the manager made promises that were not delivered, I would suggest people to get tiles from people that actually keep stock
