Unique Granite & Marble Bfn

We have used Unique Granite & Marble for all our countertop needs, including doing our kitchen twice kitchen renovation with different granite the second time. Very satisfied with the product and the work. Will use again in the future. Great people to work with, install went great!

Erik, Marcus, and Dossin came on time and installed my new kitchen counters. Was very pleased with them and the counter. Had one hiccup with silicone and I contacted Kelci, who got someone to check and fix within the week. Definitely recommend

Wish I could give six stars!!! We live in Aurora Kentucky. Unique did a wonderful job configuring and installing our new granite countertops. They sent a 3 man crew to accomplish our installation. All clean cut polite respectable young men who were very knowledgeable. They sorta reminded me of some of the guys on the TV show "Duck Dynasty!" They used some pretty high tech equipment to measure and configure the oddball shapes of our base cabinetry. The gentleman doing the measuring was a Army Veteran and answered all our question, and gave me a list of hints on how to prepare for the installation process. The three young men who did the install paid close attention to the detail of their work. Thanks Unique! Want to let you know you got some very good employees representing your company! Highly recommend this company to anyone considering stone countertops! Ours look beautiful, made my wife happy......

My wife and I just finished having our old counter tops replaced with granite. We did pretty extensive research around the tri-state area and talked with several granite suppliers & installers. Unique Granite was by far the best company to deal with. Rick and his team had great pricing, and actually explained how their pricing worked - related to the number of seams in the new counter tops. Their install crews were top notch and explained everything and answered any questions. We had a seam pop loose and they were there to repair it within 12 hours of me calling. Would HIGHLY recommend them, and will be doing so for any of our friends or family looking for high-end counter tops. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and having the certainty that they stand behind their products and craftsmanship.

Unique Granite has installed granite for me two separate times . The first time was several years ago and everything went perfectly. There were a couple hiccups with most recent installation, but Matt went above and beyond to make it right. My countertops are beautiful! Highly recommend.

unique granite installed quartz counter tops. within 2 months it cracked at the seam. oh and they have more seams than quakers got oats insane you can't get. counter top over 3 feet without a seam. back to the crack in the seam they wouldn't warranty it saying it got hot. we didn't have any direct heat on it a crock pot 2 feet from the vrack. I would not ever recommend to anyone.

While I was happy with my quartz and the installers, the woman who wouldn’t give me her name I spoke with numerous times on the phone made this a horrible experience. She was rude, she lied about them not being able to bring in my sink and tear out my old countertops, and had absolutely no concern with customer service. It’s because of her that this is a one star rating instead of four or five.

I would not recommend to work here this place does not know how to run a business they have hired people to work there and switch there positions to a trash man and Make you go out to there own house and mow and cut they’re grass and stuff that has nothing to do with unique granite

The team at unique is top notch! They are incredible to work with. They have a very large selection of beautiful products. Polite staff, top shelf products, and excellent installers. I highly recommend them!

I had my countertops for not even 8 months when a crack appeared at a seam. I had a group of men come out and one said if I put something hot there, it could have cracked while the other said if that seam was left raised like it had been it would have cracked. They couldn't come to a conclusion so they sent someone else. He drew on my countertop with a red crayon and confirmed that it was my fault I had indeed put down a round pan a foot away from where the crack appeared and that is why my countertop is completely cracked all the way across. Do not buy from these people!
