Their products are truly unique. You can order custom made products or purchase from their stores. Pricey but very good quality.
So far our experience has been fantastic, UI have a fantastic offerring and the ability to custom design is always a win. We have been given sound advice and a very detailed quote. Will update this review when the project is compete.
I am so disappointed and disgusted by this place's customer service and business ethics. I bought a vase - to be delivered - on 27 November. After 3 WhatsApps and 2 emails and empty promises of overnight delivery, I still don't have the vase 13 days later. They had the audacity to give it to Courier Guys AFTER closing on a Friday afternoon - I just spoke to CG- who ensured it will only be delivered on 13 December Completely missing the occasion I bought it for. I will never recommend this place and make sure to tell everyone how terrible the service was.

Service in store is exceptional, staff listen are so willing to assist. Shop name is definitely fitting, furniture and decor are so unique! Made an online purchase, adequate communication and with no delays, goods in perfect condition.
